Are you a busy mom or dad who wants to get fit without making excuses? Or maybe you are already active but have not been able to figure out the type of training you need to see the changes you want to see. Maybe you have never worked out and the gym life intimidates you. No matter where you are in life, your fitness journey starts here. I remember the day I got my first trainer.

This is the ultimate IMF experience. If you can relate to my story then this is for you. Our certified trainers will get you going on the right foot and help you stay motivated. It is our LIVE (through Zoom) 1-on-1 training with one of our Fitness Professionals. We will guide you step-by-step, rep-by-rep, set-by-set. We will hold your hand and we will be with you every step of the way*. We will work with your schedule and provide the support you need so you can succeed in reaching your goals.

Whether you’re a new stay-at-home mom, experienced runner, Olympic lifter, or just your regular average Joe trying to get in shape, we will get you on track, fast!

The IMF Personal Training program is an opportunity to help you be the best version of yourself you can be. It will give you tools and resources to help you achieve your goals, reach your potential, become a more successful and happier person. You’ll learn new ways to cope with stress, change your attitude, build new habits and gain that self-confidence you deserve.

IMF – Dance Edition

Who said working out has to be boring? Not everyone is ready to lift heavy weights or run marathons. If you are new to “fitness” you may not be super motivated to go to the gym all the time or even do at-home workouts.

For this reason, we have created a dance fitness experience that will get you moving, increase your energy and most importantly, get you results.

Our program incorporates strength, conditioning and athletic training in every class. You can burn 500+ calories in only 55 minutes and most importantly, because it keeps your heart-rate elevated, you will burn even more calories during your recovery period!

imf – Burn Edition

We know keeping your body strong throughout the years matters to you, because it matters to us too.

This is why we created our Strength & Conditioning class. In our Burn Edition we will get down to business quickly. Circuit based body weight training built to help you strength and tone all over in just 45 minutes while still giving you options for modifications to meet you where you are.

Progressions and regressions are available in every class so you never have to worry about not getting the results you want. All you have to do is show up, the rest is on us.

This is our personalized training program built just for you. After an initial intake, we will discuss your goals, your lifestyle and your diet. Based on the information provided, we will set a goal and you will get a personalized workout program to keep you getting results month after month until we reach your ultimate end goal.

This is our transformation plan. This is the real “laboratory” experience!
